1.1 European Union (EU) Customers

2. Order Processing & Dispatch (EU Orders)

- For orders outside the EU, processing and delivery times are managed by the regional distributor and may vary depending on local operations.
3. Estimated Delivery Times (EU Orders)

Northern & Southern Europe: 5–9 business days
Eastern Europe: 6–10 business days

4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges for EU orders will be calculated at checkout or included in the invoice for B2B purchases.
- For customers outside the EU, please refer to your local distributor’s terms for shipping and handling costs.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
EU customers will receive:

- A tracking number and link to monitor the delivery status in real-time
For orders placed through local distributors, tracking information will be provided by the distributor directly.
6. Duties, Taxes & Customs

7. Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and affected items.

We will work promptly to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Pre-Orders and Backorders
Estimated shipping timelines for pre-orders or backorders will be communicated at the time of purchase.
9. For Customers Outside the EU
If you are located outside the EU, please place your order through an authorized JetWave distributor in your country or region.
