To send your JetWave eFoil for a yearly check-up as required by our warranty terms, follow these steps:

  1. Contact JetWave Support:
    Get in touch with our customer service via email or phone to arrange the yearly check-up. Provide the serial number of your power module and battery, along with your purchase details.

  2. Prepare the Power Module and Battery:

    • Clean the power module and battery thoroughly to remove any salt, dirt, or residue.
    • Ensure the components are dry and free from visible damage.
    • Pack only the power module and battery - no need to send the entire board.
  3. Packaging:
    Use the original packaging or a sturdy box to securely pack the power module and battery. Protect them with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Ship the Items:
    Follow the shipping instructions provided by JetWave support. We'll recommend the best courier service or provide a collection option. Ensure all shipping labels and documentation are filled out correctly.

  5. Inspection and Maintenance:
    Once we receive the power module and battery, our technicians will conduct a detailed inspection and perform any necessary maintenance. If repairs or replacements are needed, we will inform you.

  6. Return Shipping:
    After the check-up is completed, the power module and battery will be shipped back to you, fully inspected and ready for use.
